NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. CONSENT ITEMS Minutes of the McKinney Housing Finance Corporation Meeting of July 10, 2015 A motion was made by Board Member Amirpour, seconded by Board Member McNeely,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote. REPORTS Rehabilitation Project Update REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution of the McKinney Housing Finance Corporation Authorizing the Issuance of McKinney Housing Finance Corporation Multifamily Housing Mortgage Revenue Bonds (Newsome Homes Project) Series 2015 and Other Provisions in Connection Therewith A motion was made by Board Member McNeely, seconded by Board Member Rose,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. CITIZEN COMMENTS BOARD OR COMMISSIONER COMMENTS Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition, commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects, awards, acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
