DISCUSSION ITEMS Presentation by Green Extreme Homes on McKinney North Townhomes Development Discuss Board Field Trip to View Affordable Housing in McKinney to Develop Best Practices REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to the City Council for a Resolution of Support to Green Extreme Homes for the McKinney North Townhomes, a 12.5 Acre Development to be Located at 3352 McDonald Street A motion was made by Board Member Amirpour, seconded by Hickey,that this Agenda Item be Tabled to Another Meeting . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on All Matters Incident and Related to the Submission of an Application or Applications for Allocation of Private Activity Bonds for Single Family Bonds to the Texas Bond Review Board and the Conversion of Reservation for Allocation of Private Activity Bonds to Mortgage Credit Certificates, Including the Adoption of a Resolution Pertaining Thereto A motion was made by Board Member Amirpour, seconded by Hickey,that this Resolution - Mckinney Housing Finance be Approved .
