A motion was made by Board Member Amirpour, seconded by Wallis,that this
Minutes be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote.

Enter Into a Co-Developer Agreement with Sphinx Development
Corporation for Sphinx at Throckmorton Villas
A motion was made by Bresnahan, seconded by Board Member Amirpour,that
this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
