Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council for Qualified Firms to Provide Professional Landscape Architectural Services for Design of Various Parks, Recreation, and Open Space and/or Public Right of Way Improvements. A motion was made by Perkins, seconded by Dixon,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to the City Council for a Professional Services Contract with Architects Phelps/Woods of Frisco, Texas for Architectural and Engineering Services Related to the Design and Construction of the Community Center Patio and Playground Project A motion was made by Arnold, seconded by Brewer,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
