DISCUSSION ITEMS Discuss the Texas Open Meetings Act Regarding Parks, Recreation and Open Space Board Meetings Discuss Chapter 74 of the City Code of Ordinances Regarding Parks, Recreation, and Open Department REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on Recommending to the City Council the Awarding of the Construction Bid to North Rock Construction, LLC of Denton, Texas for the Construction of Sonntag Neighborhood/School Park Project A motion was made by Perkins, seconded by Pereira,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
