Stonebridge Drive McKinney, Texas 75070 Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Advisory Board Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Minutes - Final September 12, 2019 Advisory Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. Minutes of the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Advisory Board Meeting of August 8, 2019 A motion was made by Pelley, seconded by Delozier,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote. CALL TO ORDER Consider/Discuss/Act on Making a Recommendation to the City Council for Naming a Park within the Craig Ranch Town Center, Located North of Henneman Way and between Alma Road and the McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch A motion was made by Butler, seconded by Thomas,that this Agenda Item be Tabled to Another Meeting . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Contract with Schrickel Rollins/ PSC, Inc. of Arlington, Texas for Landscape Architectural and Engineering Services Related to the Design of the Old Settlers Park Renovation Master Plan A motion was made by Delozier, seconded by Wolfe,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Director’s Report REPORTS CONSENT ITEMS This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. ADJOURN A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Butler,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
