A motion was made by Commissioner Hilton, seconded by Commissioner

A motion was made by Commissioner Kuykendall, seconded by Commissioner
Hilton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Site Plan for
Sewell Audi of McKinney, Located Approximately 1,500 West of Stacy
Road and on the North Side of State Highway 121
A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner

A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner

Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Façade Plan
Appeal for Mercedes-Benz of McKinney, Located on the Southeast
Corner of Bray Central Drive and U.S. Highway 75 (North Central
Expressway)
A motion was made by Commissioner Kuykendall, seconded by Commissioner
Hilton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following

Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a
Preliminary-Final Replat for Lots 1R - 5R, Block A, of the
Vigor-Eldorado Addition, Located on the South Side of Eldorado

A motion was made by Commissioner Hilton, seconded by Commissioner
