A motion was made by Commissioner Kuykendall, seconded by McCall,that

A motion was made by Commissioner Zepp, seconded by Commissioner

A motion was made by Egan, seconded by Smith,that this Agenda Item be
Close the public hearing . The motion carried by the following vote.

and 3 Common Areas (Villas at Stonegate), Located Approximately
320 Feet South of Eldorado Parkway and on the East Side of Ridge
Road
A motion was made by Commissioner Zepp, seconded by McCall,that this
Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
