A motion was made by Commissioner Zepp, seconded by Commissioner
Kuykendall,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the

for Lots 1R and 5, Block A, of the Custer Wal-Mart Addition, Located

A motion was made by Commissioner Zepp, seconded by Smith,that this
Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to
Rezone the Subject Property from “AG” - Agricultural District to “SF5” -
Single Family Residence District, Located Approximately 1,500 Feet
North of Virginia Parkway and Approximately 1,260 Feet East of Lake
Forest Drive
A motion was made by Commissioner Zepp, seconded by Smith,that this
Agenda Item be Close the public hearing . The motion carried by the following
vote.
