A motion was made by Commissioner Kuykendall, seconded by Commissioner

for Lot 14R, Block C, of the Millie Muse Addition, Located on the
Northeast Corner of U.S. Highway 380 (University Drive) and Church
Street
A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by McCall,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to
Rezone the Subject Property from “AG” - Agricultural District to “SF5” -
Single Family Residential District, Located at 904 Baker Street
