A motion was made by Commissioner Cobbel, seconded by Commissioner
Kuykendall,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items required by
law. Items may be considered individually by any Commission member making such request
prior to a motion and vote on the Consent items.

A motion was made by Commissioner Kuykendall, seconded by McCall,that
this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Rezone the Subject Property from “PD” - Planned Development
District to “PD” - Planned Development District, Generally to Modify the
Development Standards, Generally Located Approximately 445 Feet

Automotive Sales, Repair and Car Wash (CarMax), Located on the
Northwest Corner of White Avenue and U.S. Highway 75 (Central
Expressway)
A motion was made by Commissioner Kuykendall, seconded by Commissioner
Zepp,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Facade Plan
Appeal for a Hangar on Lot 33R of the Aero Country East Addition,
Located at 9409 Learjet Lane
A motion was made by Commissioner Zepp, seconded by McCall,that this
Agenda Item be Close the public hearing . The motion carried by the following
vote.
