CONSENT ITEMS
A motion was made by Commissioner Cobbel, seconded by Commissioner
Zepp,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items required by
law. Items may be considered individually by any Commission member making such request
prior to a motion and vote on the Consent items.

A motion was made by Commissioner Kuykendall, seconded by McCall,that
this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Minor Replat
for Lots 25R and 26R, Block 3, of F.M. Hill Addition, Located on the
Northwest Corner of Raines Street and Barnes Street
A motion was made by Commissioner Cobbel, seconded by McCall,that this

Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a
Preliminary-Final Replat for 116 Single Family Residential Lots and 5
Common Areas (Southern Hills at Craig Ranch Phase 3), Located
Approximately 850 Feet East of Custer Road and Approximately 1,800
Feet South of Collin McKinney Parkway
A motion was made by Commissioner Cobbel, seconded by McCall,that this
Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Comments relating to items of public interest such as staff recognition, development
trends, the status of special Planning Department projects, and other relevant
information.
