PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF
THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.
CALL TO ORDER
CONSENT ITEMS
A motion was made by Commissioner Cobbel, seconded by Commissioner
McReynolds,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items required by
law. Items may be considered individually by any Commission member making such request
prior to a motion and vote on the Consent items.

Rezone the Subject Property from “AG” - Agricultural District and “CC” -
Corridor Commercial Overlay District to “C2” - Local Commercial District
and “CC” - Corridor Commercial Overlay District Located on the North
Side of U.S. Highway 380 (University Drive) and on the East and West
Sides of Walnut Grove Road
A motion was made by Commissioner Zepp, seconded by Smith,that this
Agenda Item be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion carried by the
following vote.
A motion was made by Commissioner Cobbel, seconded by Commissioner
McReynolds,that this Agenda Item be Approved and Referred . The motion
carried by the following vote.

and “REC” - Regional Employment Center Overlay District to “C1” -
Neighborhood Commercial District, Located on the Northwest Corner of
Collin McKinney Parkway and Village Park Drive
A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by Commissioner Zepp,that this
Agenda Item be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion carried by the
following vote.

Rezone the Subject Property from “PD” - Planned Development District
and “REC” - Regional Employment Center Overlay District to “C1” -
Neighborhood Commercial District, Located Approximately 265 Feet
West of Lake Forest Drive and on the North Side of Collin McKinney
Parkway
A motion was made by Commissioner Cobbel, seconded by Smith,that this
Agenda Item be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Preliminary-Final
Replat for Lots 1R2, 2R2, 4R2, 7R1 and 10, Block A, of the North Texas
Athletic Center Addition, Located on the North Side of Henneman Way
and East of Alma Road
A motion was made by Smith, seconded by Commissioner McReynolds,that this
Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Comments relating to items of public interest such as staff recognition, development
trends, the status of special Planning Department projects, and other relevant
information.
