Tennessee Street McKinney, TX 75069 Planning & Zoning Commission Planning & Zoning Commission Minutes - Final January 22, 2019 PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS A motion was made by Franklin, seconded by Haeckler,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items required by law. Items may be considered individually by any Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent items. The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to Rezone the Subject Property from “RS 84” - Single Family Residence District to “SO” Suburban Office District, Located Approximately 160 Feet East of Redbud Boulevard and on the South Side of Hunt Street (REQUEST TO BE TABLED) A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by McCall,that this Agenda Item be Tabled to Another Meeting . The motion carried by the following vote. The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to Rezone the Subject Property from "AG" - Agricultural District to "C2" - Local Commercial District, Located at the Southwest Corner of Virginia Parkway and Hardin Boulevard A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by McCall,that this Agenda Item be Close the public hearing .
