Tennessee Street McKinney, TX 75069 Planning & Zoning Commission Planning & Zoning Commission Minutes - Final March 12, 2019 PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items required by law. Items may be considered individually by any Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent items. Minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting of February 26, 2019 A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by Haeckler,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. END OF CONSENT AGENDA REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to Rezone the Subject Property from “PD” - Planned Development District and “REC” - Regional Employment Center Overlay District to “C2” - Local Commercial District, Located on the Northeast Corner of Custer Road and Silverado Trail (REQUEST TO BE TABLED) A motion was made by Haeckler, seconded by Kuykendall,that this Agenda Item be Tabled to Another Meeting . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Variance to a Site Plan for a Multi-Family Residential Development (Cliffs of McKinney), Located Approximately 255 Feet South of U.S. Highway 380 (University Drive) and on the East Side of Ridge Road A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by McCall,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Façade Plan for Springstone McKinney Hospital, Located Approximately 1,000 Feet East of Lake Forest Drive and Approximately 300 Feet North of U.S. Highway 380 (University Drive) A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by McCall,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
