NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS A motion was made by Doak, seconded by McCall,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Variance to a Site Plan for a Church (City Church), Located at the Southeast Corner of Rockwall Street and Lindsey Street A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by Woodruff,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
