Minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission Under Its Authority as
the City of McKinney Capital Improvements Advisory Committee Meeting
of July 23, 2019
A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by Haeckler,that this Minutes be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution to
Approve the Land Use Assumptions for the 2018-2019 Impact Fee
Update
A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by McCall,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

trends, the status of special Planning Department projects, and other relevant
information.
