Minutes of the Reinvestment Zone Number One Meeting of September 3, 2014 A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Franklin,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR ITEMS A motion was made by Mayor Loughmiller, seconded by Franklin,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act Approving the 2014 Annual Report and Authorization to Invoice the Participating Taxing Jurisdictions for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One (TIRZ No. 1) ADJOURN A motion was made by Pogue, seconded by Mayor Loughmiller,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
