REGULAR ITEMS Consider/Discuss/Act on an Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Annual Budget to Provide Funding for Vacant/Underutilized Site/Buildings A motion was made by Franklin, seconded by Council member Kever,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Hope Hardware Building LP for the project at 214 E. Louisiana Street A motion was made by Harris, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery,that this Resolution - Reinvestment Zone 1 be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
