Items may be considered individually by any Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent items. Minutes of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One Meeting of February 2, 2016 A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Rogers,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR ITEMS Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Alison Croft for the Façade Improvement Project at 106, 108 and 110 Tennessee Street A motion was made by Mayor Loughmillerthat this Resolution - Reinvestment Zone 1 be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss the Historic Flour Mill Redevelopment Project Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement ADJOURN A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Pogue,that this be Adjourn . The motion carried by the following vote.
