The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR ITEMS Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Gather Restaurant, LLC. for the Façade Improvement Project at 207 E. Virginia Street A motion was made by Council member Shemwell, seconded by Council member Rogers,that this Resolution - Reinvestment Zone 1 be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with DFA 205, LP for the project at 205 W. Louisiana Street A motion was made by Council member Branch, seconded by Council member Elliott,that this Resolution - Reinvestment Zone 1 be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
