Minutes of the McKinney Convention & Visitors Bureau Board Meeting of
October 23, 2018
A motion was made by Gibson, seconded by Baublis,that this Minutes be
Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on
12/4/2018. The motion carried by the following vote.

Consider/Discuss/Act Advertising and Promotional Grant Application
submitted by the Heard Museum in the amount of $5,000 for marketing,
advertising and promoting of the redesign of the Heard Museum website.
A motion was made by Dell'Antonia, seconded by Gamble,that this Agenda
Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act Advertising and Promotional Grant Application
submitted by McKinney Tennis Center in the amount of $4,000 for
marketing, advertising and promoting of the 2018/2019 Tournament
Schedule.
A motion was made by Gibson, seconded by Bressler,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act Advertising and Promotional Grant Application
submitted by Texas Folklore Society in the amount of $6,000 for
marketing, advertising and promoting of the TFS Annual Meeting and
Membership conference.
A motion was made by Perkinsthat this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion
carried by the following vote.
