Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed annexation of 208.787 acres of land, generally located northeast of Edwards Road and southeast of FM 550, into the corporate limits of the City of McLendon-Chisholm, approving the Service Plan Agreement and extending the City's corporate boundaries to include the property, and providing for related matters. 5.2. Public Hearing to receive comments on proposed ordinance amending Section 4-13(E)(1), "Building Form", of the City's Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum area allowed for a single floor in a commercial building from 6,000 square feet to 18,000 square feet. 6. Discuss and consider approval of a Preliminary Plat for Willow Creek Phases 1A, 1B, 1C and 2A, consisting of 414 residential lots, common areas, and parkland on approximately 360.355 acres located in the King Latham Survey, abstract No. 133, City of McLendon-Chisholm, Rockwall County, Texas. 8.2. Discuss and consider a preliminary plat for Keils Addition to create 2 residential lots out of 14.28 acres located in the Samuel Newell Survey,  Abstract No. 165, in the City of McLendon-Chisholm, Rockwall County, Texas. 8.3. Discuss and consider approval of the Final Plat for Edwards Estates, creating two residential lots on approximately 4.995 acres located in the James W Pittman Survey, Abstract No 181, within the City of McLendon-Chisholm Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), Rockwall County Texas. 8.4. Discuss and consider approval of the Final Plat for Lakeshore Church Addition, creating one lot on approximately 50.328 acres located in the William W. Ford Survey, Abstract No. 80, within the City of McLendon-Chisholm Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), Rockwall County, Texas 8.5. Discuss and consider an ordinance amending Chapter 12, "Traffic and Vehicles, " of the Code of Ordinance by adding Section 12-01-007 "Restrictions on commercial vehicles and designation of truck routes", prohibiting commercial vehicles from utilizing certain streets and roads within the city limits; designating truck routes; and providing exceptions. 8.6.
