Washington Street August 18, 2025 4:30pm The Melrose Village Board will hold a special board meeting on Monday August 18, 2025 at 4:30pm in the Boardroom at the Village Hall, 112 N. Washington Street. ● Call to Order • Verification of Publication • Pledge of Allegiance • Public Comment: *Public comments are limited to three (3) minutes and will be limited to issues that have an impact on the Village of Melrose. An exception to the three (3) minute limit may be made at the discretion of the Village President. • Business: • Adjournment to Closed Session Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes, convene in closed session for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Village Board with respect to possible litigation regarding residential property on Wachter Street in violation of Village Ordinance. • Motion to Reconvene into Open Session for purposes of taking action on matters discussed in Closed Session.
