February 19, 2025 CITY OF MEMPHIS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MEMPHIS PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF MEMPHIS - PUBLIC HEARING EXTENDING HOURS OF OPERATION – MARIHUANA ESTABLISHMENTS The City of Memphis Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Memphis Lions Club & Youth Center, located at 34758 Pratt Rd., Memphis, MI 48041. The purpose of this meeting is to hear public comments of a petitioner request to extend hours of operation beyond the current of 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. by the City of Memphis Code of Ordinances Chapter 50 Zoning Section 150.012(E)(1). Also, the Ordinance would be revised to state that the hours of operation shall be set forth by resolution of Council. Persons wishing to comment on this matter are encouraged to attend the Public Hearing or to address written comment to the City Clerk, Memphis City Hall, 35095 Potter Street, P.O.
