August 12, 2025 CITY OF MEMPHIS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MEMPHIS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS CITY OF MEMPHIS - PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE AT MEMPHIS MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT Notice is hereby given that the Memphis Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Youth Center/Memphis Lions Club 34758 Pratt Road, Memphis, MI 48041. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider multiple variances to Chapter 150 Zoning and 151 Subdivisions on Parcel #04-03-02-151-007. 1. Section 150.059(A) and 150.059 (B)(5)(a) – Requires a rear setback of 30 feet. 2. Section 150.059(A) and 150.059 (B)(5)(a) – Requires a front setback of 25 feet. 3. Section 150.059(B)(5)(a) – Requires side setbacks based on overall building length. 4. Section 150.059(B)(5)(a) – Limits building length to 125 feet. 5. Section 150.059(A) – Limits building height to 25 feet. 6. Section 151.36(C)(1) – Requires 60 feet of Right-of-Way. 7. Section 150.117(D) – Requires on-street parking to be allowed. 8. Section 151.55(E) – Requires Road pavement width of 56 feet. The hearing is authorized by Chapter 150 Section 150.111(C). The public is encouraged to attend this hearing.
