BADKE NOTICE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF MENOMONIE December 9, 2025 1:00pm Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.84(2) and (3), notice is hereby given that a majority of the City Council may be present at the CVTC Energy Education Center (4000 Campus Road, Eau Claire, WI 54703) on Tuesday December 9, 2025 at 1pm to participate in an Industrial Development Workshop presented by Momentum West and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. The topics of conversation include industrial development, industrial site selection, public process and industry trends. For the purposes of the open meeting law only, this constitutes a meeting of the City Council pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 533, 494 NW2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the City Council will not take any formal action at this time. Dated: November 24, 2025
