BADKE NOTICE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF MENOMONIE February 15, 2026 2:00pm Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.84(2) and (3), notice is hereby given that a majority of the City Council may be present at the Off Broadway Banquet Center (1501 Broadway Street North, Menomonie, Wisconsin, 54751) on Sunday February 15, 2026 at 2pm to attend an event entitled “Data Center Download”. The topics of conversation include data center regulations. For the purposes of the open meeting law only, this constitutes a meeting of the City Council pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 533, 494 NW2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the City Council will not take any formal action at this time. Dated: February 5, 2026
