Meeting Minutes
February 2, 2022
City Hall Council Chambers
MEMBERS PRESENT: Knaack, Richartz, Rodolosi & Chase
OTHERS PRESENT: Prange, DeMuth, Simon, & Ludeman
A motion was made by Knaack, and seconded by Chase to approve the December 8, 2021 meeting minutes.
Motion carried.
ITEMS OF DISCUSSION:
4th quarter 2021 room taxes had been receipted but final year end reports are being processed.
DeMuth gave an overview of the DMO (Destination Marketing Organization) $150,000 grant awarded
through the State of Wisconsin but has not been received at this time. Other grant opportunities
continue to be evaluated with another submittal expected in 2022.
Simon and DeMuth reviewed recent activity reports, upcoming events, STR report, marketing plan
and the 2022 budget. A motion was made by Chase, seconded by Knaack to approve the chamber
reports as presented. Motion carried.
The next regular meeting will be on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the City Council Chambers. A
motion was made by Chase, seconded by Rodolosi to adjourn. Motion carried.
