Public Hearing for Chick-Fil-A (CR-2025-0001) by Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc., located at 2012 N Eagle. Rd. Director Decision Upheld Application Materials: https://bit.ly/CR-2025-0001 A. Request: Council Review of the Director's decision of denial on the Certificate of Zoning Compliance and Design Review Application (A-2024- 0082) for expansion of the existing drive-through and extension of the canopy for Chick-fil-A. Motion to uphold the Director's Decision made by Councilman Cavener, Seconded by Councilwoman Little Roberts. Voting Yea: Councilman Overton, Councilwoman Little Roberts, Councilman Whitlock, Councilman Cavener Voting Nay: Councilman Taylor ORDINANCES [Action Item] 3. Ordinance No. 25-2084: An ordinance (Farmstone Crossing Subdivision – H-2023- 0045) annexing a parcel of land located in a portion of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 15, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described in Exhibit “A”; rezoning 33.893 acres of such real property from RUT (Rural Urban Transition) to the M-E (Mixed Employment) zoning district; directing city staff to alter all applicable use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; repealing conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date. Approved Motion to approve made by Councilman Taylor, Seconded by Councilwoman Little Roberts.
