City Council

1125 The Village Board met in closed session on Monday June 13, 2022 at 6:30 pm at the Village Hall with President Margaret Young, Chris Wruck, Sally Madsen, Jordan Powell, Jane Fehrman & Chris Danielson. Also present at different times during the closed session were Michael Garbers, Wayne Lunderville & Andrew Johnson. 1. President Young Called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. President Young certified the open meeting law requirements have been met. 3. President young took roll call 4. Moved by Wruck seconded by Madsen to adjourn to closed session at 6:31 p.m. Carried Pursuant to sec. 19.85 (1) (c) of the Wisconsin Statutes the Village Board may convene in closed session for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility 5. Moved by Fehrman seconded by Wruck to adjourn to open session 8:03 p.m. Carried 6.Moved by Madsen seconded by Fehrman to offer the maintenance position to Michael Garbers. Carried Moved by Powell seconded by Wruck with the second choice candidate to be Andrew Johnson if Michael Garbers does not accept the position. Carried Moved by Madsen, seconded by Wruck to start Michael at $18.00 per hour with a pay raise after 90 day probation period. Carried. Moved by Wruck seconded by Fehrman to increase Chris Danielson's pay to $21.35. Carried Moved by Powell, seconded by Wruck to adjourn at 8:10 p.m. Carried Margaret Young Village President 6/14/2022
