Village Special Board Meeting Thursday July 28 2022 1132
The Village Board met Thursday July 28, 2022 via Zoom, at 7:00p.m., with Margaret Young, Jordan Powell, Sally
Madsen, Chris Wruck, Jane Fehrman, Superintendent Chris Danielson, and Deputy Clerk Chrystal
Fitzmaurice.
1. Call to Order @ 7:00p.m.
2. President Young Certified the open meeting law requirements were met
3. Roll Call was taken by President Young
4. Main St. patch-repair-discussion/action: moved by Wruck, seconded by Madsen to approve the Mathy
proposal for Main St repair in the amount of $2,520.00 Carried.
5. Hall sidewalk repair-discussion/action-tabled
6. Mathy additional area road work-discussion/action: moved by Wruck seconded by Fehrman to
approve the Mathy proposal for North East St and Polk St additional area repair in the amount of
$12,675.00. Carried
7. Meeting Adjournment: moved by Powell seconded by Wruck to adjourn at 7:06pm. Carried.
