Village Board Special Meeting Tuesday June 27, 2023 1166
The Village Board met for a special meeting Tuesday June 27, 2023 at the village hall @ 6:30p.m., with President
Chris Wruck, Sally Madsen, Jordan Powell, Heather Sprinkle, Jane Fehrman, and Deputy Clerk Chrystal Fitzmaurice
1. President Wruck called the meeting to order @ 6:30 p.m.
2. President Wruck certified the open meeting law requirements have been met.
3. Roll Call was taken by President Wruck.
4. Hall Hours-Moved by Madsen, seconded by Fehrman to approve the new Village Hall Hours as of July 3rd, 2023 to
be Monday through Thursday 7am-4pm. Closing from Noon to 1pm for lunch and the office is closed on Fridays.
Carried.
5. Multiparameter Portable Colorimeter-Tabled
6.CMAR-Resolution #04-2023-Moved by Powell, seconded by Fehrman to approve the CMAR-Resolution #04-2023.
Carried.
7.Fee Schedule-Discussion was held.
8. Meeting Adjournment- Moved by Powell, seconded by Fehrman to adjourn @ 8:55pm. Carried.
