EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Assistant City Council Clerk Search Committee will conduct confidential interviews with four finalists for said position. under Exemption 3 of the Open Meeting Law (Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(3)) to discuss (i) candidates for the Assistant Clerk of the Council position where an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the hiring process of the public body and the Chair so declares. If the City Committee will not vote to reconvene into an open meeting following the conclusion of the executive session.
