NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING METHUEN CITY COUNCIL The Methuen City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Great Hall at City Hall AGENDA: Property Tax Classification Public Hearing to consider the following policy decisions (FY 2023) 1. A residential exemption of up to 20% of the average assessed valuation of residential property. 2. An exemption of up to 25% for all property that may be classified as Class II - Open Space 3.
