Acceptance of the Agenda 3. At this time, the Methuen City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the FY25 Municipal Budget. Members of the public are invited to appear at the hearing and offer their input to the City Council regarding the budget. Members of the public may also submit their input in writing to the Clerk of the City Council, Linda Gagnon, Lmgagnon@ci.methuen.ma.us, and have input read into the record of the meeting. 4.
