AGENDA 1) Call to Order and Attendance : 2) Public Participation- maximum time 5 minutes or less--- MODIFIED ON AGENDA TO UPDATE 3) Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting 4) Treasurer’s Report 5) Presentation by Superintendent Dr. Brandi Kwong on the renovation projects & plans from an engineering firm on Access for Methuen schools and areas open to students and the public with disabilities. 6) Old Business a) ADA Coordinator’s Report along with recent See Click Fix reports. b) Update from DPW on accessibility issues in the city. c) Review the nomination form recognizing Methuen businesses with practices that benefit people with disabilities. d)Update on Recruiting plan for new members for Methuen Commission on Disability for future openings. 7) New Business Any other business for the Good and Welfare of the community including individuals with a disability.
