AGENDA 1) Call to Order and Attendance & Approval of Agenda : 2) Public Participation- maximum time 5 minutes or less 3) Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting 4) Treasurer’s Report 5) ADA Coordinator’s Report along with recent See Click Fix reports. 6) Update from DPW on accessibility issues in the city. 7) Old Business a) Questions, input and or discussion on the funding request from Nevins Memorial Library. Vote on Nevins Library funding request. 8) New Business a) Presentation from Methuen School Dept Superintendent Kwong & Mr. Bruce Stella on the proposed accessibility projects for Methuen High School and recreational areas. b) Discussion of potential new Commission applications Any other business for the Good and Welfare of the community including individuals with a disability.
