Chairman Matthew D’Agostino called for a moment of silence in memory of all Americans who have died for our country and
in particular for the McCarthy family who recently lost their daughter, Brianna McCarthy, a teacher at Methuen High School.
Chairman Matthew D’Agostino led the Board in the Pledge of Allegiance.

#2020-19 Triple G, LLC, 59 Bonanno Court, Methuen, MA 01844
Special Permit required, per Section V of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Methuen and filed under Section XI, for a contractor’s yard which may be open for sales to the public for
use as contractor’s enclosed storage and facilities in a Limited Industrial (IL) Zone as shown on Site
Construction Plans prepared for Triple G, LLC, by Fieldstone Land Consultants, PLLC., dated October 7,
2020, for property located at 46 Old Ferry Road, Methuen, MA.
Zoning Board Secretary, Jodie Geary stated that she had a letter dated April 27, 2021, from the Law Office of Arthur
Broadhurst, requesting that this petition be continued to the May 26, 2021 meeting as they are still working on final plans
with the Planning Board.
Chairman Matthew D’Agostino entertained a motion to grant the continuance.
MOTION: Laura Walta so moved.
SECOND: Philip Cultrera

VOTE: UNANIMOUS

Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting
Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor's March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number
of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the City of Methuen Zoning Board of Appeals will
be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Specific information and the
general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or
requirement to attend this meeting can be found on the City of Methuen website, at
https://www.cityofmethuen.net/ The Zoom Web Meeting will be broadcast live on Methuen Community
Television (MCTV) on the date of the hearing. Members of the public and/or interested parties seeking to
participate in the meeting can contact the City of Methuen Department of Economic and Community
Development at (978) 983-8560 prior to 12 noon on the date of the hearing for instructions on how to
participate remotely in the meeting. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted,
but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time,
via technological means. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite best efforts, we will post on the
City of Methuen website an audio or video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of
proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting.
