A previous Variance has been granted for Maximum Building Height. ii) 2024-13 Jonathan Bonanno A Variance is required under Section ll (Definitions) in an RB (residential B) Zone, of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Methuen for an additional driveway that will be over the defined width of 20 feet (existing is 20 feet request is for an additional 30 feet) at 27 Argilla Road, Methuen MA 01844 (Parcel ID: 708-69-137). 6) Adjournment Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, this meeting/public hearing will be conducted via remote means.
