THE MIAMI INDUSTRIAL AND PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY (MIPFA) MET IN REGULAR SESSION NOVEMBER 06, 2023, IN 6:00PM IN THE CIVIC CENTER WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS PRESENT: Bless Parker, Chairman Bo Reese, City Manager Kevin Dunkel, Trustee Ben Loring, Trust Attorney Dwain Sundberg, Trustee (Absent) Melissa Moore, City Clerk (Absent) Brad Williams, Trustee Melinda Stotts, Communications Manager Brian Estep, Trustee The agenda for the meeting was displayed in the main lobby of the Miami Civic Center and by posting on www.miamiokla.net starting at 3:05PM on November 03, 2023, pursuant to 25 O.S §311(9) (a) and (b). THE TRUST MAY TAKE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS: DISCUSS, CONSIDER AND VOTE FOR APPROVAL, ACCEPTANCE, REJECTION, AMENDMENT AND/OR POSTPONEMENT OF ANY ITEM LISTED IN THIS AGENDA: 1. Call to Order Chairman Parker called the meeting to order at 6:48PM. 2. *Action Item* Minutes: October 02, 2023 Trustee Dunkel made a motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Estep. The Trust was polled with the following results: Estep, Aye Dunkel, Aye Williams, Aye Parker, Aye Sundberg, Absent Chairman Parker declared the motion carried. 3. *Action Item* 2024 Meeting Schedule Trustee Dunkel made a motion to approve the 2024 meeting schedule. The motion was seconded by Trustee Estep. The Trust was polled with the following results: Estep, Aye Dunkel, Aye Williams, Aye Parker, Aye Sundberg, Absent Chairman Parker declared the motion carried. 4. *Potential Action Item* Other New Business, if any, Which has Arisen Since the Posting of the Agenda and Could not Have Been Anticipated Prior to the Time of Posting (25 O.S. § 311(9)) None. 5. *Action Item* Adjournment Trustee Dunkel made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Trustee Estep.
