2024, IN 6:00PM IN THE CIVIC CENTER BANQUET ROOM WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS PRESENT:

The agenda for the meeting was displayed in the main lobby of the Miami Civic Center and by posting on
www.miamiokla.net starting at 2:30PM on March 01, 2024, pursuant to 25 O.S §311(9) (a) and (b).
THE TRUST MAY TAKE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS: DISCUSS, CONSIDER AND VOTE FOR APPROVAL,
ACCEPTANCE, REJECTION, AMENDMENT AND/OR POSTPONEMENT OF ANY ITEM LISTED IN THIS AGENDA:
1. Call to Order
Chairman Parker called the meeting to order at 6:00PM.
Chairman Parker asked Mary Susan Whaley, the Reverand of All Saints Episcopal Church to provide the
invocation. Chairman Parker asked the Boys & Girls Club to lead the pledge of allegiance.
2. *Action Item* Claims
Trustee Estep made a motion to approve the claims. The motion was seconded by Trustee Sundberg. The
Trust was polled with the following results:
Estep, Aye Sundberg, Aye Dunkel, Aye Williams, Aye Parker, Aye
Chairman Parker declared the motion carried.
3. *Action Item* Minutes: January 02, 2024
Trustee Estep made a motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Dunkel. The
Trust was polled with the following results:

Chairman Parker declared the motion carried.

Trustee Sundberg made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Trustee Dunkel. The
