Minutes of the July 29, 2015 Special Meeting of the Michigan City Aviation Board of Commissioners Call to Order: Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM in the terminal building at the airport. Members Present: Greg Poulin, David Miller, Doug Buell. A quorum was present. Members Absent: Kirk Hunter Others Present: Jessica Ward- Airport Manager, Bill Nelson- BOAC Attorney New Business: 1. Extending Temporary Skydive Operation through November 2015: There was discussion about the skydive operation, Sky Sports, LLC. There has only been good feedback from transient and based pilots alike. Motion to Extend the Operation through November 12, 2015: David Miller Second: Doug Buell Motion Approved. 2. Hangar A5-1 Sale: Pending BOAC Right of First Refusal: There was discussion about the purchase of Hangar A5-1. Bill Nelson will get a purchase document together for the August 20 BOAC meeting if right of first refusal is exercised. Motion to Exercise Right of First Refusal and Purchase Hangar A5-1 for $45,000: Doug Buell Second: David Miller Motion Approved.
