Salt, Road Safety, 24950 Country Club Blvd., Suite 450, North Olmsted, OH 44070 for the purchase and delivery of Treated Sodium Chloride in the amount of $74.81 per ton, dump delivery and $80.30 per ton, piler delivery for the period November 1,2025, through October 31, 2026, as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, is determined to be the lowest and best bid submitted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, STATE OF OHIO, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the bid of Cargill, Inc. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, STATE OF OHIO, AS FOLLOWS; Section 1: That the bid of Crossroads Asphalt Recycling, Inc. for 2025 Street Repair Program - Webster Road and Craigmere Drive in the amount of $689,112.00 being the lowest and best bid submitted pursuant to legal advertisement and specifications on file with the City Engineer, be and the same is hereby accepted. Section 2: That the Mayor and Finance Director are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Crossroads Asphalt Recycling, Inc., 13421 Hawke Road, Columbia Station, OH 44028 in accordance with Section 1 of this Resolution.
