SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 14, 2020
6:00 P.M.
Present:
1. Call to Order.
The meeting was called to order at 6:07 pm
2. Public Comment.
There was no public comment
3. Approval of Minutes:
(i.e. Minutes were reviewed and discussed)
MOTION: Councilman Ed Ford made a MOTION to approve the minutes of the November 5,
2020 Anti-Racism Task Force Special Meeting. The Motion was seconded by Dr. Viviana
Conner. The Motion passed unanimously.
4. New Business.
A. Discuss option for FOIA and PRO Training
B. Discuss and set Anti-Racism Task Force Meeting Calendar for 2021 – Second Monday
of each month for calendar for 2021.
C. NCCJ Report - Discussion of 7 pillars.
D. Discussion of Civilian Review Board – MOTION made by Councilman Ed Ford. The
motion was seconded by Kirk Hart. The motion passed unanimously.
5. Adjournment.
Co-Chairman Darnell Ford made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting. The motion was
seconded by Councilman Ed Ford. The motion passed unanimously.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:34 pm.
