1. Call to Order.
Meeting was called to order at approximately 6:00 p.m.
2. Public Comment.
No public attendance.
3. New Business.
A. FOIA training – FOIA was passed in 1975 to create transparency in the government
sector. Review of FOIA guidelines and how these guidelines impact the functionality of
regular and special meetings, public records, time sensitively of FOIA requests, and social
media policies.
B. RRO training - Purpose is to create organization of a meeting and give everyone an equal
voice and the review of protocol for voting within a committee.
4. Adjournment.
MOTION to adjourn made by Viviana Conner. The MOTION was seconded by Valerie Light.
The Motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:54 p.m.
