Co-Chair Darnel Ford called the meeting to order at 6:20 pm. Acceptance of October 15, 2025 minutes-Brian Gartner first Pat Alston second. All agreed. Public Comment: No Public comment. Correspondence and announcements: Co. Chair Ford introduced the 2025 Anti-Racism 2025 Calendar. Co. Chair Ford ask for an approval from the Task Force member for the 2025 Calendar. Michelle Clay first Brian Gartner second. All approved. Work Groups. There were no updates on the workgroups.  Scholarship Committee: The Q Williams scholarship is discussed. The scholarship amount was approved to be increased from $1500 to $2000.00. The vote was unanimous. In order to address any queries and go over the scholarship's deliverables, the scholarship  Committee will try to schedule a meeting with the school administration. Maria has created the packet that will be distributed to the four high schools. Vinal, Xavier, Mercy, and Middletown High School. Michelle Clay stated that although she would be available to attend the meeting at the high scho ols, she would be taking February off.
