MIDDLETOWN AREA TRANSIT Minutes for Tuesday, June 12, 2018 Meeting Thomas A. Cheeseman Transportation Center, Middletown Area Transit Maintenance Facility, 91 North Main Street, Middletown, CT 1. Call to Order B. Lawrence called the meeting to order at 6:09 pm. 2. Roll Call - Board Members Present: Beverly Lawrence; James Dunn Board Members Absent: None Voting Members Excused: None Guests Present: Attorney Jonathan Shapiro Staff Present: Lisa Seymour, Administrator Public Present: None. 3. Public comments – None 4. Approval of Minutes – J. Dunn motioned to approve the minutes of Special Meeting April 24, 2018, Regular Meeting May 9,2018 and Special Meeting May 23,2018. Beverly seconded. Motion Passed Unanimously. 5. Administrators Report – L.Seymour presented the Administrators report. Discussion. 6. Financial Report – L. Seymour presented the financial reports. J. Dunn motioned to accept report, B. Lawrence seconded. Motion passed unanimously. 7. Operations Report – (S. Bransfield arrived 6:51pm) 8. Budget Discussion/Approval to Publish – L. Seymour presented FY19 Budget. Discussion. B. Lawrence moved to publish presented budget. J. Dunn seconded. Motion passed unanimously. J. Dunn noted that the Administrator did a fine job with the budget. L. Seymour will publish in the paper and set up public hearing before the meeting for budget approval on June 28, 2018. 9.
