Meeting called to order at 8:32am 2. Public Session: no members of the public present 3. MCA events a. Remaining funds in Arts Grants budget Discussion of options for use of remaining funds in the Arts grants line, which must be encumbered by the end of May. These funds must be dispersed through grants, and cannot be re-allocated to be disbursed through other means. Opening a new grant cycle would allow applicants to apply for funding for projects to participate in the new Gay Pride event on June 15; or to fund other projects taking place after June 1, 2019, through June 2020. Biales moved to open a new grant cycle in June 2019, Bauer seconded, passed unanimously. b. MCAAAA Godburn moved to double the MCAAAA to include 2 awardees for $150 each, Biales seconded, passed unanimously. 4. Bauer moved to adjourn meeting; meeting adjourned 9:38am.
