Call to Order – 9:22 am 2. Public Session – None 3. Acquisitions a. Discussion on assessing City Art Collection, bring it up to date and print new collection booklet also make it available online. 4. Policy suggestions for purchasing and borrowing a. Discussed coming up with a legal contract for purchasing art. Kisha had a sample contract to review, so we would not have to start from scratch. 5. Discussion of rights of ownership – ties in with #4. 6. Any further business a. Review Public Art Committee on policy b. Mayor would like to see a school art contest and winners would have their artwork displayed in the mayor’s office. Need more info on scope of contest. 7. Adjournment – Motion to adjourn at 10:55 am.
